“The Campaign for better education in Ethiopia”
Champagne Campaign intends to raise funds to develop Education for the village of Kushet through a General Fund Raising.
I am developing a fund raising goal in which I see suitable and feasible to attain, $5000 in 5 months. The campaign is being done through the A Glimmer of Hope Foundation. A Glimmer of Hope lifts women and children out of extreme poverty in rural Ethiopia. Using an entrepreneurial model developed by the organization, it provides clean water, schools, health clinics and microfinance loans. 100% of all donations go directly to funding this campaign.
Over the last 10 years, A Glimmer of Hope has improved 2.5 million lives. Through photos, video and GPS coordinates, donors personally experience how their contributions, large and small, are changing lives.

The campaign will extend over a 5-month time frame, in which fundraising events and donation opportunities will take place. The kick-off for the campaign will be the Champagne Campaign event.
The Champagne Campaign will mark the celebration of giving. At the event, attendees will be expected to make a minimum donation of $20 to the cause, but knowing the financial stance, anything will do. The event will have bottom-less champagne, Ethiopian inspired hors d’oeuvres, live performances by local Underground artists, bands, and DJ Mike3G.
