Rose Abeyta | Director of Administration

My responsibilities include providing solutions to all of the foundation's logistical challenges, liaising with our overseas offices, coordinating travel, managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings, appointments, calls and events.

I was born and raised in Florida (Go Gators!) and moved to Texas in 1979. I had over 21 years' experience in the banking industry before going to work for CyBerCorp in 1997. After the sale of CyBerCorp in 2000, I joined A Glimmer of Hope as one of its founding employees. I've had the good fortune to be part of two startup companies - one for profit and one nonprofit - during which I've gained a real appreciation for what it means to see a vision come to life.

I am here because my job allows me to give my time, talent and energies towards our mission to make a difference in the lives of so many people.
